All of our Premium Faux Fur items are made to order and one of a kind. Therefore, unfortunately we do not offer refunds. We do however exchange items for sizing for customers within Canada who request an exchange and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged and the tags must still be on to qualify for an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and return orders must be tracked. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for customers outside of Canada as Canada customs charges are currently too high.
